Hay Bug
Charged me 18 to replace battery in watch. I asked why it was so expensive. Was told it was some extra special battery. Watch did not work properly so I took it back asked for refund on battery which was refused but offered to mend watch for 60! I have just taken the back off the watch to find bog standard battery which I can get a pack of 10 for 4.00.

Friendly and polite staff member (Dan), but I've brought my dry cleaning to them on 2 occasions now and the first time it arrived back a week late and no one contacted me to let me know, and the second time they assured me I would get a text when it arrived back but no text arrived so, again, no one let me know it was ready to collect. On both occasions I had to call them to check whether it was ready. Not great follow-up service.
