Incredible service , Stella did wonders with my wedding dress , also she went far and beyond to make sure the fit was perfect. Very happy with the service, the price, and her timings, I will add pictures in few weeks.

Incredibly disappointing experience! Waited 3 weeks to drop my Overlocker in for a service and repair and was told it would take 3 weeks. After 4 weeks I phoned and was told it was on the bench but would be ready after the weekend. Heard no more, so 12 days later I rang and there was an answer machine message saying they were on holiday for a week. I left a message explaining I was unhappy as Id hoped to have it back before I went away on holiday. My call was almost immediately returned and I was told to come and collect my machine, as it couldnt be repaired in the time frame, it would be left on the doorstep as I wouldnt want to see him and he didnt wish to see me when I asked why he was being so rude, I was told he wasnt being rude, it was because they were decorating and covered in paint! So after 9 weeks, Ive had to take my machine to be repaired elsewhere! A complete waste of time, zero communication and a company that really doesnt care or deserve custom!
