Walkability: I have restricted mobility & walk with a stick & I found this apartment easy for me to use. As you turn right out of the apartment there is a lift which take you down to the garage & the car parking & a further lift as you turn left out of the apartment which takes you down to the front door to the block of apartments & leads you straight onto Poole Quay.
