        Recently moved to Poole and what a find the Jolly Sailor is !! Made to feel very welcome, and our Spaniel Buddy, exceptional friendly interaction with one team member in particular whom one day deserves a pub of his own !! Terrific person, engaging and made our first night special. Hope to catch up again at the Westbourne ! When you want to stay for another Westons cider it's a sign you have it right Greene King !!

        So impressed not only did they stick gluten free Peroni, but they politely said they serve it without a glass to reduce risk of contamination, and the bar lady also washed her hands before she opened the bottle. Brilliant

        We went to the Jolly Sailor because they had live football on tv. It is a classic pub with good drinks and warm atmosphere. We had the nut roast and they were average. The carrots were old, the cabbage over cooked and the sauce was watery. I wouldnt recommend this meal.
