        The website might look professional, but having dealt with the company over a number of years. they are not! It tends to be diifficult to get hold of people and when finally contacted, they repeatedly fail to fulfil their promises. This could be not returning calls or emails to not sending out requested important information, which then requires continual chasing up. It is all very frustrating.
