        Poor payment! Do not work for this company. Excuse after excuse for slow payment, ignore payment terms on invoices. Always having to chase and chase for money. Wont be working for them again!

        If zero was possible thats what they would receive. Horrible negligence, wrongful taking of goods, the most elusive managers Ive ever had the misfortune of working with, refused for 4 years to do anything about floods and leaks. Other tenants have also got open civil disputes. Would avoid them like the plague, no really I would run miles away from this shower of s***

        We are having the worst experience with Castleford, we have a leak in our flat that has been going on for over one year, our bedroom is full of mould and they can only say that they are looking into it. Thats a health and safety situation and I dont know who I should refere it to to get it sorted. Thinking of selling my flat so I can get rid of Castleford.

        An un-openable window lock was changed outside my flat door with no warning so I asked them about it. After months of no response, emailing, phoning, sending photos then more delayed response, i was told that they had asked the maintenance man (not officially the m-man but seems to think he owns the block) and "nothing had changed"......as if i am imagining it. The whole fitting changed. Only ever send us negative correspondence and anything payment related. Not helpful at all.
