        R2M are a breath of fresh air in comparison to other management agents I have the misfortune of having to deal with. R2M are quick to respond to any emails and take a proactive hands on approach to any problems that come up with the properties I own. Their charges are reasonable and if ever unexpected costs arise they really work with leaseholders so that solutions can be found in a timely and cost effective manner. Special shout out to Sophie who has help me solve numerous problems in the short time she has been at the company!
