I did review this company 3 years ago and wanted to write another having read some recent reviews. I must say, that having now been a tenant of QR for over 4 years, I have found their service to be excellent. All the team are lovely and very responsive to any issues that arise. For example, I called them out of hours this am as our hot water tank has sprung a leak. Peter called back within 5 mintues and has arranged for an emergency plumber to come and sort it, within an hour. I haven't checked out from the property as yet so can't comment how that experience is, but if it is anything like all my other interations with the team at QR I don't envisage any problems. Keep up the good work team!!

Poor quality of service, Not professional, Requests to have items or things addressed just get dismissed or take forever for them to get sorted and even then we had to constantly chase for them. At the end of our tenancy we are being charged for having a cat despite the previous tenant and QR saying its absolutely fine to have a cat and even the landlords! We are also being charged to have the flat professionally cleaned when it was never professionally cleaned when we moved in and have been made to feel like we left the premises in ruins despite us taking great care of the property, cleaning it weekly, even repainting the rooms to keep it tidy and spent at least 6 hours cleaning it throughly before handing the keys back but yet this is an unacceptable level of cleanliness from Quality and Peter and they are deducting this cost from our deposit. Highly disappointed in our experience renting from them. Would highly NOT recommend them.
