Good honest company to deal with, upfront and straight, would have not have second thoughts of using them again.

I contacted Addis Homes regarding a plot of land I owned which many developers had been interested in, however I never got the impression I would be receiving a fair value for my plot. Addis Homes were completely different in their approach, they worked hard to illustrate a potential scheme on the plot that not only maximised the value of the land but would also achieve planning approval. Additionally, they illustrated a comprehensive costs breakdown to clearly show how they calculated the amount suggested for my plot which gave me piece of mind. Addis Homes kept me regularly informed throughout the whole process, once they achieved planning they performed on the terms of the contract which created a smooth transaction. I cannot recommend them highly enough it is nice to deal with a hard-working and honest family business.
