        I do not know who I spoke to at 19:44 on the 2nd of December 2021, but I must say, the gentleman I spoke to was an absolute professional and after taking down the background and detail to my dives as well as my perceived symptoms, my mind has been laid to rest with regards to DCS. But I was also offered further detail around my ear and other matters. I cannot believe that I received such amazing service for free. I'm grateful that my call was taken so late. Thank you so much. Such excellent service.
