Poole Post Office

If you can do it at home for the love of sanity do it, awful experience in this place every time. Issues to numerous to list.

There are only ever 2 or 3 staff here now. They are pleasant but that doesn't help the long queue.

This branch is hardly ever open, and even when they're supposed to be open they still try to refuse customers entry even when there's 5 mins left according to their info on the website. I had to wave my phone at three staff chatting away to show them they were shutting 5 mins early, I gained admission after the phone flashing and was in and out in 2 mins. What an odd way to run a business???

Stood in a long queue only to be informed that they do not do dvla licence renewals (though it is mentioned on the Post Office website)

Inconsistent opening times, sometimes not even open due to short staff. No one to call to know if its open or not before travelling, just a sign on the door saying closed. WH Smith dont answer the phone and the Post Office number is useless. So essentially, dont come here if you need something sending on the off chance its closed! Wasted fuel many times, sick of it. Pay your staff more money and people might stay there!
