Fitted a new valve.. Around a week later the heating just kept rising (I have a 3month old baby) . My wife messaged John via his phone, that was not replyed too. I messaged via website said he would contact me this morning.. It is now 4pm.. I believe he has fitted a faulty valve. I await being contacted.. Attached email (only contact despite owners response below) Update from response of the owner.... Firstly the response.. No apology.. I am sure you have a life... (we all do) contacted because we were concerned however not contacted back hence the first complaint.. No phone calls. Such a shame as such a nice guy..
