Lucy Purrier Physio Pilates Broadstone

I have been attending Lucys Pilates classes since 2015 and have really benefited from them. Prior to doing Pilates I had suffered from sciatica for over 8 years which had caused me great pain and restricted my movement meaning I was gripped by pain down my leg if I walked any distance. That is now a thing of the past and I can now walk several miles without pain. I have also found out that I have peri osteoporosis. Lucy adapts exercises specifically to ensure my bones are protected and also incorporates special exercises for everyone attending her classes to increase their bone density. I have been so pleased with the classes that I have introduced a close friend who is also benefiting from the classes. My daughter too has benefited from Lucys support following the birth of her children. I would thoroughly recommend Lucys Pilates classes to anyone who has experienced sciatica or who just wants to ensured continuing flexibility and movement.

I have only been attending Lucy's Pilates classes for a short while yet already i feel the benefit. After a life time of low back problems from a ruptured disc at 18 i already feel the benefit of what Lucy has taught me. The classes themselves are always varied and i never feel i have to keep up with the others. Lucy shares herself around giving 1on 1 guidance as required, all in the knowledge of my specific problem. To be honest i really miss classes during the holiday breaks. Even though i try to continue on my own at home there is nothing like having Lucy there encouraging and correcting moves when i inevitable don't get it quite right.
