        No fault of the lovely woman working on the day but I was shocked there was only 1 member of staff. She was having to serve multiple people at the same time and then needed to shut to go to use the toilet meaning she recieved huffs and puffs from customers. Atleast have 2 people on a weekend especially! She was very friendly and took our passport photos. We came back in the afternoon to do the assisted passport application but she was to busy so we decided to leave that

        Went to get a passport photo and even though the photo area was busy, the woman working there was extremely efficient and was helping everyone. Took my photo within a couple of minutes, checked it on the government website and then printed it out (also have a code to view it online for an online application!). Absolutely brilliant service. Would recommend!
