        As usual. Slow. Long queue. Miserable staff. Least they have a couple more useless souls especially on a Saturday BUT when you ask for Paramol and the lad gives you Co Caldimol instead and you have to point out the correct product to him right there on the shelf and asks "WHICH ONE?" and as a 42 year old man I have to say "THE ONE THAT SAYS PARAMOL ON IT" that experience tends to be a tad embarrassing for all involved. To the OWNER of this branch as I know you and you seem sound brutha - PLEASE SORT THIS OUT it's really not good enough

        Unfailing in their disability to get prescriptions ready on time. They say medication will be available for collection on receipt of a text but this is never the case and consequently there are queues of frustratedly people every day. Obviously not enough staff.
