        Friendly staff but twice my prescription wasn't done because they didn't have the brand on the prescription...said they'd emailed GP surgery but hadn't had a reply. GP said they'd received no query (and GP is a few doors away from Chemist ... just pop in and ask at reception Lloyds pharmacy!). I've changed to another pharmacy that's more proactive, but went to collect a relative's prescription tonight after work as advertised as open until 6.30pm, note on the door, closed at 5.15pm because of staff shortages ... UPDATE THE WEBSITE !!! Checked opening hours before I went after work so not happy at all!
