Waited 50 minutes on Friday 17/07/2021 from 10 past 5 till just before 6. With a cue of more than 15 people still around they just shut and locked the door to say we are finished. This was after going to pick up a prescription to be told it wasnt ready too. Tried to call up to avoid waiting for no reason again but no answer as normal. I hear horror stories from other people in the cue saying this is there 3rd or 4th attempt at getting there prescription and a waiting time of much longer than 2 hours. Communication would be fantastic if they knew how to answer the phone. If they did this maybe half the people in the cue wouldnt be there and waiting times might go down to 30mins as oppose to hours

After wating in the queue for exactly 47 minutes while the staff try to find a mans eye drops I was told my prescription wasn't ready and that I should go somewhere else. An absolute shambles of a place, I'm not the type to usually leave reviews but I was truly stunned. The staff are rude but to be honest I don't blame them, it looks like hell on earth working there.

I've never had a good experience at this pharmacy. The list of excuses for not having prescriptions, running late, no pharmacist that day, sent off site for dispensing, blah, blah, blah is never ending.
