THE worst pharmacy by far!!!! I live almost opposite this excuse for a chemist,it's badly managed no organisation and a very rude male dispenser here! I had a repeat prescription here on the Wednesday,called in Fri wasn't done but was told it would be ready Monday morning,called in on the Monday,still not done,and had to wait 45 mins for it to be dispensed!! When I questioned it and said it should have been ready Mon morning and how long the repeat had been in the male pharmacist was very rude replying "well it wasn't ,but it's ready now"!!! No apology whatsoever!! Whilst I was waiting there were others waiting,but he was busy doing scripts,that were being picked up later!!! Everyone he called out......was not there!!! Why not dispense the ones for people that were waiting???? It's not rocket science!!!! An absolute joke over there,and to top it off there's 3 people so called "dispensing" whatever are they doing back there???? Suffice to say I have moved both mine and my husband's prescriptions to Tesco Tower Park Phatmacy......far more efficient,polite...AND served with a smile!!!

The worst pharmacy i have ever had the misfortune to come across. Prescription sent to pharmacy by GP 10:00 Wednesday 18/01/23 Phoned them to see when it would be ready to collect, was told Monday 23/01/23. Arrived Monday 23/01/23 @ 13:45, still not ready, told would be 20 minutes. 45 minutes later finally dispensed. No apology from either the counter staff, or very rude pharmacist. If this was a one-off it wouldn't be so bad, but every time i have used this pharmacy nothing is ever ready when it should be. Needless to say I have moved both my wife and my own default pharmacy back to Tesco, where at least the staff are efficient, happy and good-mannered. I will be complaining to both Boots head office and the General Pharmacy Council.

I will not have my prescription sent here anymore as the staff are rude to everyone. They tell you to come back later for prescription when it will be ready. When you get there you still have to wait half an hour, as they " forgot " This is no way to treat elderly disabled people. Badly done Boots.

Unless you want to get overdosed or getting something your allergic too then go there!! (And I'm not joking I hope they get shut down or get new staff!!)
