Moved to the area 8 months ago and started to use this pharmacy because its closest to my GP and home. My previous experiences of Lloyds elsewhere have been positive but not so much here. Then in the past couple of months there was a change of management and things got worse. We use electronic prescription requests from our GPs app and then collect a few days later. The prescription is never done and still needs to be filled when we go to collect. Also always owing items despite theoretically having several days to order missing items. Then today, one item, normally available in 2 flavours where one is not tolerable but other is, despite a conversation in the shop the wrong flavour was dispensed. To be honest, this is a shambles of a business. Ive already changed to another local pharmacy and wouldnt touch this one with the proverbial barge pole.

This branch of Lloyds Pharmacy refused to sell me a product that my GP advised is available over the counter. No explanation, just dismissive. Two other branches of Lloyds said they would sell me the product, as did a branch of a competitor. I don't have much confidence in this branch.

If i could leave zero stars i would. Booked cholesterol test online. Tired up on time. Stood waiting. Might as well be invisible as noone acknowledged me. Left at 11.30, appointment at 11.10. Apparently couldn't log on. A call would have been nice since I drove over from alumchine in foul weather. No apology.

Very variable depending which staff are there. They seem stretched thin with staff, like most health services.

Opened late, sold me the wrong product and then wouldn't exchange it for the product I actually wanted. Overall, a tedious and unpleasant experience.
