I was helped by Tina and Chai when the pharmacy next door (Arrowedge) refused to do a prescription for my nearly one year old as they closed in ten minutes even though they were the only pharmacy in the area that had the antibiotics my daughter needed. I went into Lloyds on the off chance someone could help, these two ladies were so empathetic and managed to go to the other pharmacy and "borrow" a bottle for me. Chai hand wrote the prescription as their system was down and I managed to leave with the antibiotics my girl needed. As a mother I cannot thank these women enough that my child might not be in as much pain when she goes to sleep tonight, they didn't need to help me yet they went above and beyond and I am so greatful.

Went to collect my same day collection medicine and didn't have it. Went after a week and been told they don't have it and don't care BUT they kept my money! Disgraceful and arrogant.

Booked appointment for 25 Medical Checkup advertised on Lloyds Pharmacy website. Received 2 email confirmations for 4.50 pm appointment on 20.6.22 Showed confirmation email on arrival. "What's this for?" "What tests are included?" Me: "Diabetic, blood pressure and choresterol etc." "Oh. Our machine isn't working. We told Head Office ages ago! Have you tried Boots??" (I had + several other local chemists.) I wasted: expensive petrol on pointless journey, time - had to re-arrange my day, and parking fees. Don't get caught by what sounds like a good deal - it's a con!!

I dont know what has happened to this pharmacy. It used to be reliable, prescription drugs were always fulfilled, and the staff were very helpful. Today? Well the staff are still trying their best, but with the way their stock control isnt working, they must be having more complaints than are healthy. Prescription request handed in10 days ago. This surely would alert them to the fact that the drugs ordered would be needed. But here we are 10 days later, and the drugs for my heart arrhythmic control not there. Three visits to them, three times told it was the jubille weekend, it was the stock control central, it was....you make up you own excuse. I left there shaking and very worried. It is not a problem I need to handle, but apparently pre ordering what is needed is something Lloyds cannot handle or control. Time for a change of pharmacist.
