Rowlands Pharmacy Parkstone Road

All of the staff at Rowlands Pharmacy Parkstone Road have always been so extremely kind and helpful to me in the time I have been using their services. Yesterday I needed advice and the young lady that I spoke to gave it with kindness and knowledge. Throughout the pandemic the staff were always compassionate and professional and my repeat medication was always waiting for me. Had to pop in for an over the counter medicine and the advice given by the assistant was really helpful and made me more aware to keep an eye out for other symptoms.

Great pharmacist, saved me a few Dr appts, never to busy to help. My partner has now changed to this one as also found them friendly and helpful

Couldn't be bothered to help so went somewhere else and got helped and served straight away......saved going to GP so only a good result for NHS.

Poor customer service. Took in a prescription, and was the only one in the shop waiting. Yet my prescription was ignored for 15 minutes whilst they prioritised other tasks behind the counter. When I finally asked how long it would be, the woman asked one of them to sort the prescription out for me, which they reluctantly did. No regard for my time or prioritising waiting customers who could make other purchases. There was no apology for the wait, no smiles when I walked in or a hello. I even asked the woman behind the counter if I could ask the pharmacist something about my medication but she took it upon herself to answer instead and didnt bother to ask pharmacist even though she wasnt sure or presumably qualified! ! Wouldnt use again! They are supposed to be providing a service but treated me like they were doing me a favour!
