Been calling for a week to order repeat prescription, no answer. Many times out of stock. unreliable service.

Need a week from ordering to get repeat prescriptions, had to come back sometimes because medication is out of stock. With free parking.

Just been refused for trying to purchase diorahydrate that the GP just told me to buy for my son in the exact same building aswell, told me I need to go to the receptionist and get the doctor out to do me a prescription when its an over the counter medication, told me to go to boots (thought I need prescription now?) then said my son was too young, he is 3, packaging states age 1 and up receptionist give advice that I already knew, none of what the pharmacist said was true and told me I should try another pharmacy because apparently this one can be this way, there is a National shortage of this product and he would have had my 3 year old suffer longer from dehydration, he obviously needs reviewing , I went to the next pharmacy down the road, also rowlands who were helpful and said yes Ofcourse this is the product I need and is absolutely fine for me to purchase and give to my son
