Every single time they get my prescription wrong and when I collect I have to wait 15 minutes for them to re do it. Every time!

I have to be honest i have used this pharmacy from late 90's and at first i had no problems, lovely staff etc, but in the last 10 years this pharmacy has had numerous pharmacists and staff, closed because no pharmacist to open and on many occasions they do not have your items, also offer no text services to say your prescription is ready, meaning you have to go up blind hoping it's ready after 48 hrs (2 days) sometimes longer i have left it to collect to be told its not ready and can you come back, not open Saturday's and they are not open as late as Rosemary Medical Centre so if you do have a late appointment pharmacist shuts at 5:30pm...I have moved from this pharmacy twice and I will be changing again after being let down on my most important meds just before Christmas holiday shut down when I had given the prescription in plenty of time electronically..the service is very poor at this particular Lloyds pharmacy and I can't rely on them at the most important times...

Terrible service and awful experience. The staff that have served me are rude and prescriptions never ready to collect when they say they are. The last time I came here to collect a prescription which was a long time ago, I was told it would be a 30 minute wait so I waited in the pharmacy. Whilst I was waiting, a woman came into the pharmacy and started causing a scene and shouting and swearing and saying she was angry at her GP. There were young children in the pharmacy watching this. The staff did nothing to deescalate the situation and were extremely unprofessional, no consideration for how her behaviour is affecting other customers. They had her prescription ready in 5 minutes, and offered her to stay for a cup of tea!!! She didn't leave and continued to shout at the other customers and just generally act like a disruptive knob having a freak out. Luckily the other customers ignored her, and I think not getting the reaction she wanted eventually prompted her to leave.
