The Arrowledge Chemist in Broadstone have been exceptional in being HELPFUL in every respect to all the people that come to get some help with Illnesses. Myself included. During the lockdown they have continued to give me a first class service for the important life saveing medication that I need. 5 Stars in them being wonderful Helen Herbert Palmer

I am disgusted with the service or lack of that I have just received from two extremely unhelpful women. After taking my 11 month old daughter to the drs at 5 to be told she has an ear infection and this is the only pharmacy near me that stocks the antibiotics we rushed over and arrived at 5:20, ten minutes before they closed. The woman smirked and told me "you can drop it off but it won't be getting done tonight because we close soon, try Lloyds or boots", I said its for my daughter you are the only pharmacy that has these antibiotics my Dr already checked that's why I've rushed over. I was nearly in tears because I just want my child to get better and she just stared at me deadpan and said, "well it won't be getting done tonight." I ended up going next door to llyods anyway and they were disgusted that they wouldn't do it for a baby and went round and checked out (borrowed) the antibiotics and managed to hand write the prescription for me as their system was down. So what was the issue in getting it done for me in the first place?! I really hope it was worth getting out the door bang on 5:30 to send a mother away crying because you are the only place they can get the medication their child needs.
