        We've been using Petpals Bournemouth & Poole regularly since 2019 and cannot fault the service. Our cats love their visits from Tony and we always know our cats are being well looked after if we're away. Highly recommended.

        We have used PetPals Bournemouth & Poole since 2004. Angie & Tony took it over a few years later and it has gone from strength to strength. We completely trust them to look after our cats and we always know they are safe hands while we are away. They provide regular photos and updates via WhatsApp to put minds at ease. They go above and beyond standard cat sitting duties, putting our milk in the fridge, bringing in parcels etc.. Would highly recommend

        Professional and great communication. Cosmo doesn't like ANYONE so we were nervous to leave her with anyone however, we had regular photos and updates from Tony and it really put our mind at ease. Will not hesitate to use again.

        I am so pleased that I discovered Petpals of Bournemouth to look after my very old and almost blind cat when we went away for a few days. He needs medication every day and Tony visited twice daily to look after him and give him lots of attention while we were away. He sent updates and photos after each visit which was very reassuring. He also put the dustbins out and collected the post while we were away, which was an added bonus! I highly recommend Petpals and will definitely be using the service again! Thank you Tony and Angie
