The Groom Room Poole

Masiy is amazing at the Groom room Poole I've been taking my Sprocker Spainal just coming up to a year I know my little boy is in safe hands with Masiy and always has a fabulous groom also knowing Masiy takes extra care Specially knowing my little boy has just had both of his back legs cruitate ligament operated on So I cannot speak highly enough about Masiy .

I have used the groomroom on 4 different accounts, They have got worse on every ACCATIONS, I did book a full groom, They chopped her fur off on her head and body, Leaving her feet, toes and nails, What a joke, surpose to be professional groomers, The price they charge is ridiculous for what they were surpose to do, That's a bath cut & dry, Nails cut, ears and eye's cleaned, They give a full groom cut & dry with in 30 minutes, I have had dogs for 40 years and never known a groomers like the groom room to be so disrespectful to people's pets, I will call the manager tomorrow and take my dog back to be finished. Do not use the groom room Holes bay.

Really bad service. Always understaffed. If they get any kind of difficulty they call you to collect your dog with out finishing the groom! Avoid

Helpful and knowledgeable staff who obviously care about the dogs.

They were very good with my Maltipoo. I am really pleased with what they did. He looks amazing.
