It's that time of year for those New Year Resolutions & if yours is to loose weight & get fit, then do not hesitate. I've been with Fitness-lab for a year & I am fitter than I have been in years. The Gym is relaxed & fun & the trainers skill set & knowledge second too none. Stop thinking about it & do it!!!!!!!!!

Neale is just what you want in a personal trainer. He knows just how to push you that little bit more than you (or me!) would work on your own. Gym is private and extremely well equipped with top end kit.

Motivational and very knowledgable trainers, highly recommended. Far better than just going to the gym and going through three motions, here you are pushed to your limits, great!!! Excellent facilities too.
