Cornel has been training me since December 2020 and weve consistently had 3 sessions a week. Weve primarily focused on mobility and strength training to counteract the effects of my muscular dystrophy. Ive noticed some huge improvements since starting in December. I had been training for a couple of years alone, but Ive only had noticeable improvements since starting with Cornel. Our sessions are very challenging but Cornels charming personality makes them enjoyable and something to look forward to. Hes very flexible for our sessions, adapting to my schedule. Hes also very adaptable in our sessions when Im unable to do certain exercises, and always able to give me alternate ways to work out the same muscle groups whilst staying in my comfort zone. I would recommend Cornel to anyone who wants to see some major improvements, I recommend him to my brother and hes enjoying it too.

I have been a gym goer for the last 7 years but I often find myself going through the motions, repeating the same exercises every week. I started personal training with Cornel to try push myself out of my comfort zone... and that is definitely what happened! He is extremely knowledgable and is constantly thinking of new exercises that keep my sessions varied. He also explains these exercises so that I understand what the aim is and how it is beneficial to me. Would recommend anyone to invest; couldn't ask for a better personal trainer.
