I have been on the six week challenge and have achieved more than I expecte. Habits have changed and the exercises no longer look as daunting as they did when I first started. I am going to stick with it - sessions at the gym and a weight loss programme. Worked for me.

Great Experience! Big struggle for the first couple of weeks, but now I enjoy the sessions and was amazed to have lost 2.8% body fat in 3 weeks! Definitely worth a go if you up for a challenge!

Great workouts, the PTs are helpful and always spurring you on. Such varied workouts and enjoyable. Makes the classes more "enjoyable" as it's never the same every time you go.

Jay Taylor (Hooked On Carp)
3 Weeks in and i've lost 18lbs. The sessions are tough and the meal plan requires commitment and dedication, but if you seriously want to be worked hard and pushed and not just lose weight, but tone up, then give it a go! I'd reccomend it so far. I'll update the review at 6 weeks.
