TUF Fitness Gym

My son, has been attending TUF Fitness Gym, 3 times a week since the middle of September. 2022 for personal training sessions. I have nothing but praise for Lisa, very friendly, full of advice, knowledgeable and experienced. GREAT VALUE!!! She really puts him through the exercises, he needs to build up his physical strength. He comes home sweaty, but buzzing from the workout. Really varied: core, abs, cardio, running etc. The gym is a decent size, with good equipment, not crowded like your main gyms. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve themselves, physically and mentally.

I enjoy coming to tuf fitness gym to train with lisa. She is fun and very sarcastic this makes the session enjoyable and makes me want to come back. My dad makes me train I would much prefer to be at home watching tik-tok which Lisa knows so thats why she makes the sessions fun, she also likes to beat me up sometimes but she wont mind me saying this

Ive been going to a class with Lisa for a few weeks on a Tuesday and what a class it is! If you want improve youre general fitness and lost weight in a friendly environment this is for you! Couldnt recommend enough!

Amazing gym! Recently joined TUF fitness and have really been enjoying the classes, great for improving fitness and a lovely atmosphere! Highly recommend.
