I was never really sure how to get my body to full fitness during the off season so I teamed up with MC performance to try and get me flying before the season, from working with MC training I feel Ive had the most beneficial off season ever! But also one of my best seasons at the start in a long time due to the great training and encouragement from mark! Fully recommend

I signed up to work with Mark at MC Training because I had heard incredible things about the results he helped his clients achieve. My primary goals were to lose weight, gain muscle, and increase my overall strength. I was impressed by Mark's dedication, knowledge, and the personalized approach he took in designing my fitness program. The transition to online coaching was seamless and effective, thanks to Mark's expertise and the use of technology. Before working with Mark, I had a basic understanding of training and Nutrition, but with a busy schedule and midway through a football season, I lacked the knowledge of how to continue the progression of strength training and cardiovascular fitness while balancing fatigue with football matches. In the 6 months or so that Ive been working with Mark, the knowledge and understanding of every aspect of health and fitness relative to me and my schedule that I have taken onboard is more than I could have imagined. Having experienced a busy football schedule himself, Marks understanding towards my needs each week made programming the schedule extremely efficient. Im looking forward to put this knowledge to use and plan my own journey for a while. On a personal note, Mark was so easy to work with, constantly answering any questions I had,along with such clear explanations and demonstrations of workouts, helped out by the TrueCoach app which made things so easy to follow each week. The weekly reviews provided really important validation for good weeks and highlighted equally important improvements to target during the next week. When starting with Mark, I was just getting back into playing football after 5 years out of the game. The goal at the beginning was to get back to being able to complete 90 minutes by the end of the season. Im at a stage now where Im able to get the full games in and im back scoring goals. I started training with Mark in September 2021 doing 2:1 coaching twice a week as well as following an online programme. Id hit a bit of a plateau with my training and stopped seeing results which was my main reason for starting. I had a big holiday that I wanted to feel good for so I talked through my goals with Mark and he listened to what I wanted to achieve over the 6 month period. Ive now been a client for 16 months and I can honestly say it was the best decision Ive ever made. Training has become part of my lifestyle and Im still thoroughly enjoying each of my sessions. Mark ensures we have weekly check ins which keeps me accountable and helps me feel motivated talking about my wins from the previous week. Not only have I learnt a lot about nutrition and the importance of food, he also provides monthly recipes books and guides which I find really helpful to stay on track. Each training block is unique and specifically tailored to my goals which I love. Mark has a huge wealth of knowledge and I take everything Ive learnt into each training session which has made a huge difference. I have no plans on stopping my training with Mark and Im excited to see what more I can achieve with his help in the future. I would highly recommend MC training whether thats starting training for the first time or youre just looking to develop your training further :)

I started with mark almost 10 months ago with 2-1 PT for 4 months & when I first went to him, I just felt in a lull with fitness & just didnt know how to push forward to get the results I wanted. I also wanted to build confidence with weight training & making sure my form was right ect I felt so nervous about doing it wrong or injuring myself. Well massive thanks to Mark, hes been amazing every step of the way, his constant encouragement & feedback kept me going. Hes so dedicated to his job & has helped me achieve so many goals - even got me doing a fitness comp last year which I loved & already signed up to another this year. His weekly check ins, help to keep focus & reflect on the week - he replied every week & gives advice to help with the next week. I moved to online coaching in August last year & my programmes are done by Ollie, who again has been brilliant, always giving feedback on my workouts, my check ins & always encouraging me each week. Mark & Ollie are both so approachable as well with any questions or concerns about nutrition/training or if Im having an off week - theyre so supportive. On top of the training, Mark has helped me to understand nutrition for the first time, setting me nutrition goals & explaining each macros purpose & how it fuels my body/goals. I have truly never felt better both physically & mentally in myself, my fitness, health & overall view of my training so thank you to Mark & Ollie for helping me get here. This is the most consistent I have ever been & now I feel strong & I love the whole process. I really cant recommend MC training enough & Im not going anywhere yet so lets see what 2023 brings
