I approached Ian for help with nutrition as I had totally lost my way with food and couldnt get back on track by myself. Ians support and advice over the 8 week programme has helped me to lose 13cm from my waist and a little over 5kg - and Im never really hungry anymore! Ian gave me so much advice which will keep me on track now that Ive finished the programme with him. Thank you, Ian!

Ians coaching has meant that over the last 6 weeks Ive eaten more pizza (my favourite!) than I have over the last year and lost fat! How? Because he teaches restraint, not restriction, forgiveness if you fall off, but accountability not to throw away all your progress, and is there to help you through the hard bits. He really is just as invested in your success as youll be. Ive been in a battle against my body for the last 7 years, but now Im working WITH my body. Im fuelling it for what it needs whilst making it strong enough to be an everyday athlete. I can hand on heart say this is, without a doubt, the best money I have ever spent. Ready for round 2 and beyond!

I contacted Ian, after a particularly difficult period in my life had left me having lost my fitness and having gained weight. I had known Ian from a previous place he had worked at. I felt his knowledge and commitment would get me on the right track. I had been on 'programmes' before, but these were 'one size fits all' types and although initially successful, they were so extreme as to not be sustainable long term. I started with Ian in January this year. The weight loss has been steady and my fitness is definitely coming back but what I like is that we have, between us, identified areas that need improvement (nutrition mainly) and I'm getting so much better at that now but also things that I really don't enjoy in training have been changed to things I do. Personalisation is the name of the game, and Ian's methods have that in spades.

Ians nutrition coaching has completely transformed my eating habits. I was in a bit of a hole at the start. My weight gain was out of control and I didnt know where to start to fix it. Ians simplistic approach is just the right amount of hands off that gives you the confidence to continue without his help when your time with him is complete, but still feeling supported throughout. Im now able to be more organised and plan more nutritious meals which in turn has motivated me to get back to the gym. Im seeing the weight come off every week. Cant recommend Ian highly enough.
