Training with Sam the past few months have been great, he has a wealth of knowledge in every aspect of training. He has really helped me improve on my strength and pushed me that bit further i never knew i could do. If you need a helpful hand in becoming more confident in the gym and with your training he is definitely the guy. Along side his training i used his app which was great, there were videos and a step by step guide of each exercise so you couldnt go wrong. I would highly recommend Sam

Sam has increased my knowledge of different ways to exercise muscle groups and increased my confidence in using the free weights area, something I hadnt used before. He provides a holistic approach advising on all aspects of health and I have enjoyed learning more about nutrition from his videos and recipes! The most important aspect is his friendly, genuine manner and his positivity!

I have had the pleasure of working with Sam for a while now, I could not be happier with my experience! Ive had a few PTs but Sam stands out as he adjusts and adapts for me every week. (I get injured a lot!) At no point have I ever got bored or felt I was not progressing. Im stronger now than I have been for many years but more importantly my confidence has grown since working with Sam in all aspects of my life! Thank you Sam.

Sam's a brilliant coach! Incredibly cleverly and does a really great job of letting you know the science behind how to successfully lose weight and get fitter. Probably the best part about training with Sam is that theres no horrible restrictive crash diets or fast way to loose weight methods but instead he shows you how to change your lifestyle to be healthier without ever missing out on social occasions or my favourite foods. Ive lost a stone and a half over the last year training with Sam in a really sustainable way where I dont feel restricted or missing out at all. I have absolutely so fear that Ill put the weight back on because Sam has taught me a healthy balance lifestyle
