    Luke is such an amazing PT, he works around your lifestyle and pushes you to get the results you want/need! Even if you have previous injuries that play up he will still find a solution for you that works! Couldnt be any happier

    Definitely recommend giving Luke a shout if your looking for a knowledgeable PT. Ive been working with Luke for a good while now and he has helped me with my strength and power training. Being a Paddleboarder its been great and Ive not had any injuries this season ! Im sure its down to the sessions Ive had with Luke he actually gets what I need to be ready to push my body for short or endurance races and he makes it fun

    Have been doing 1-on-1 boxing PT sessions with Luke for just over a month now and have been loving it! The sessions themselves have been great fun (exhausting though!!) and outside of the sessions Luke has also always been on top of communication and checking in. There arent many people who can motivate you at 7am on a Friday morning, but Luke is one of them :)

    Ive been seeing Luke since August starting as once a week and increasing to twice a week. Luke has helped me gain confidence in the gym with different exercises and using the machine around us. Each week Ive felt stronger and have seen personal improvement as the weeks have gone on. I would highly recommend Luke especially if you are new to the gym or wanting more knowledge and confidence working out in a gym.
