Train with Tony

Tony keeps me motivated and inspired and has excellent remedial knowledge thats clearing up the niggles and pains Ive had throughout my sporting career. His sessions are adaptive and appropriate to my ongoing needs. Im optimistic I will reach my highest achievements and best understanding of the mechanics of sport under his guidance.

I've trained and been trained for years. I've only been training with Tony since November 2022 and cannot believe the results! Tony is not only expert in training you from a PT perspective but, he's also extremely knowledgable about nutrition. He has encouraged me to re-assess my regime and after many decades I've finally ditched my diet club subscription (addiction) and am now following a healthy, nutritious way of living which is GUILT FREE! I cannot (a) thank Tony sufficiently or (b) recommend him highly enough. I am not sure I will ever "love" going to the gym but I sure as hell love the results that I am achieving with Tony's help and guidance. Dress size dropped! Oh, and on a final note, he's a lovely guy too!

Great personalised service with realistic goal-setting and made a difference over the 2 months I worked with him. Tony is a friendly reliable personal trainer who invests time and effort to help you reach your goals. I will be booking more sessions with him this year!

Tony is a fantastic Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer. His diligence in listening to my individual goals to tailor a plan was excellent. We have been working together on improving my strength, posture and old injuries for several months and I have seen a significant improvement. He is amazing at correcting form so the exercises are well as well as communication to keep me on track. Very highly recommended!

I have trained with Tony since 2017. He is very focussed on me and what I need. Initially it was rehabilitation after an illness. Mobility increase. Being able to do a squat without holding on to anything.Tony has been very flexible as in 2020 I had several operations. I paid monthly and quit up sessions for when I was ready to work on fitness again which is really appreciated.
