    Id highly recommend JK House! Their dedication to helping Stroke survivors is beyond amazing. They help stroke survivors achieve goals they could never believe were even possible. I have seen many stroke clients in the gym training hard to regain their movement and walk again! What an amazing Boxfit class! Full of new ideas for getting you fit and in shape. motivating you and helping with nutritional advice. The classes are fun and you feel like youve achieved something at the end of it. What an amazing company they are. Couldnt recommend them enough.

    Kieron is an amazing personal trainer! I've been working with him for almost a year now, and he's helped me transform my body and my life. I used to be overweight and out of shape, but Kieron has helped me lose weight, build muscle, and gain a lot of confidence. He's always enthusiastic and motivating, and he makes sure to push me to my limits. He's also very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, and he's helped me develop a healthy lifestyle that I can stick to. In addition to his fitness expertise, Kieron is also a great listener. He's taken the time to understand my mental stresses and has gone above and beyond the physical training to help me manage my stress and anxiety. He's taught me meditative techniques, helped me develop a healthy nutrition plan, and recommended exercises to do in my own time. I really appreciate Kieron's inclusive attitude. He encourages me to sign up for as many of his events as possible, and he makes me feel comfortable in my own skin, both physically and socially. His events range from mountain climbing to boxfit, and they're a great way to meet new people and get active. I highly recommend Kieron to anyone looking for a personal trainer. He's a great coach, a great listener, and a great friend. I'm so grateful to have him in my life!
