It is for my 14 years old son's brace. I kind of disappointig their time management. Every single time we came and get checked, we waited at least 30 minutes, so doesn't matter we arrived on time, we had to wait to get checked. Maybe next time. don't even bother to come on time.

Similar to the other review, their appointment management is so bad, each time you go you see the room full. It seems they made all people go in at the same time. For me, after I had waited 45min--1 hour past the appointment time, when I asked when could start , the receptionist (of the two receptionist, the old one, not the young one) did not care by simply saying if you want to cancel the appointment, I can do that! She also blamed the dentist having caused all the delay and the congested appointments.... In December and January when the days were so cold, the same older receptionist told people to leave the room, they didn't care where you go but not in the room as there were too many people. So bad timing management and so ruthless to people in those cold days. Basically, the manner, the attitude of the receptionist---that old lady was so bad, she took herself as the boss of all, pointed to people & gave orders to people, I really not felt comfortable, actually felt cold---not just the weather!
