        Wouldnt recommend as a company to work for. Ladbrokes dont look after the staff - lack of support for new starters. Store manager is supportive. No easy way to communicate direct with HR. Constant miscommunications. Induction is is conflicting from the store to induction by zoom.

        Opens when it suits them. Quite often closed when its meant to be open.

        Most staff great but the old guy locks the doors 20 mins before 7pm and disappears. The amount of times I have missed a chance to put a bet on only to see it win because of this. Asked why he locks so early to be met with attitude about he ain't paid overtime. Sure he is also not paid to shut shop before displayed hours.
