        I visited the home this morning bring to deliver items to a resident. Rang the door bell twice and five members of staff saw me through the glass door waiting in the lobby yet none acknowledged me or came to see me to speak to me or let me in. I phoned and the call was answered but no one spoke then it was hung up. Appallingly rude and discourteous staff. I have therefore made a complaint to the management.

        its all perfect! staff, management, I really feel good, welcomed, satisfied and realized! Branksome Park is the right place if you want to make a career! Wonderful people, kind and helpful! Everyone works very well for patients and its perfect!
