I purchased VS-MT karaoke machine directly from Vocal-Star website looking at the pictures. But in reality the system does not match the marketing on the website and feels like a cheap build. It is very light weight giving impression (from experience) that the speakers and components inside are of much cheaper quality. Speakers: The system is not as powerful as the website claims. I have a small Sony XB-20 Bluetooth speaker with 4w speakers (that also runs in stereo mode) and its louder than this VS-MT touted as 100w speakers. Its definitely not loud as they claim and they are misleading customers. The speakers in this system also lack the capability to play music in stereo mode despite having relatively large size and two 4-inch speakers. Even most mobile phones these days play music in stereo mode, it makes a massive difference. For a music-oriented system this is a serious omission and results in flat and boring listening experience. This is obviously not mentioned on the website. Battery: This system has a battery with capacity of 3600 mAh which is smaller than most modern mobile phones and this is supposed to power the claimed 100w speakers! But the major flaw is that the system cannot be used when the battery is flat. It has to be charged before it can be used as it draws power only from the battery while but not from the USB-C port. This is unlike many portable consumer devices with internal battery that allow you to use the product when connected to power even if the battery is flat. For e.g. a laptop switches on and works when connected to power even if the battery is flat. This is serious limitation of the product as the internal battery is a consumable and will die eventually in 1-2 or 3 years rendering this product useless and end up in a landfill which absolutely does not help the planet. This appears to be intentional decision in order to make the product obsolete as soon as possible. Returns: Finally, their returns policy is convoluted and breaches distance selling regulations. They use a secret chip in the machine that records the runtime; this is not mentioned at all on the product page when you purchase but instead added as a footnote on returns page and it can void your returns right. They also breach distance selling regulations by not allowing your sufficient time to check the quality and suitability of the product (thanks to the secret chip). In addition, the products are sold with Free Delivery but on returns they deduct original postage fee of 6 that's bonkers and frankly illegal. If you products happen to be faulty and they dispute it; they will not return it to your unless you pay them more money, all the signs of a Cowboy outfit. Overall, stay way, look elsewhere to companies with consumer-friendly policies. Since their returns policy breaches distance selling regulations, I have reported this business to Trading Standards.

We bought VS-PPA Karaoke machines with extra microphones as we have big parties. The sound is fantastic. Brilliant customer communication and service as they are local to us we went to see them and get great advice. Would highly recommend this company.
