Really happy with the help & advice I received from Bay Mortgages. I was unsure where to start with releasing capital to help with home improvements, Jordan made the process simple, secured a great rate and explained every step in detail. I will be recommending them to everyone considering an Equity Release Mortgage.

We were planning a complicated move involving a new mortgage and a bridging loan. Jordan Tuttle at Bay Mortgages was incredibly helpful, leading us through a number of options and the short and long term impact of various courses of action. Although we feel pretty confident in managing our finances, there were aspects of some arrangements which might have gone straight over our heads. The advice we received was unbiased and well explained. Couldnt recommend this company more highly unless there were 6 stars available.
