UK Apple Repair

My iPhone 11 Pro Max screen suddenly went dark and the Apple logo kept flashing on and off. My phone is my life and I was beside myself. I found 5 local companies and rang them all at 8am and left vms. Jan rang me back within minutes said she and Richard would come and get my phone by 11.30am. They took it away and kept me informed as to what the problem was. Richard was able to get a new ear speaker cable and proximity sensor the next day and they had my precious phone all fixed in two days! Cost 70 all in. What a dynamic duo. They were very clear about what they can and cant do (my MAC needs help) and upfront about the cost. You couldnt meet a nicer couple who understand how upsetting it is when our phones go wrong and cant afford to take their phones to Apple. Thank you so much Jan & Richard. I am very grateful. It was so refreshing to meet such a warm, helpful and trustworthy couple who sorted my mini i pad problems out and a replacement i phone in such an impressive time and at a very reasonable charge.
