Do yourself a favour and spare yourself the upset and heartache. My phone had a cracked screen otherwise in perfectly working order and NEW!!! I got it back and it was full of issues. Speaker didn't work, no signal, apps would open the ladder. First time back after original screen fix they told me fixed, it wasn't. Second time back it wasn't fixable so needed to be send off, got given the oldest HTC going, it wouldn't even load a webpage properly. 5 days later I got my phone back "fixed" . Very important documents are missing on my phone besides it all being backed up and reinstalled according to Bitznfix, my batteries dies with in 6 hours of not using it much and my screen has a crack AGAIN without it being dropped or similar and it's in the middle side ways and looks very much like a pressure crack. I'm now being ignored, I was not given my money back and i have a phone worse then it ever has been never mind the financial loss threw the lost documents and time. Honestly stay away there are more professional costumer orientated company's around. Shame on you Chris and Jamie for taking advantage like, for making 101 excuses and ignoring problems you have caused.
