Be U Counselling Service

Kruti is a great counsellor, who helped me through a really tough time. She helped me to understand not only what my problems were, but where they have escalated from helping me to overcome them. Unlike other counsellors, Kruti made the effort to understand me as a person, and help me develop my own self-confidence. From the first "taster" session, I instantly felt comfortable, and knew that I wanted to continue with sessions. Would highly recommend Kruti and her services to anyone that felt they needed it, as she truly does make a difference!

Amazing counsellor. Really helped me. Really felt she made an effort to understand not only what my problems were, but also an effort to understand me as a person. I found this was the most important part of the service as it meant I could easily make progress. I also found it very easy to talk to Kruti and the environment was comfortable- making the sessions enjoyable in themselves. Would absolutely recommend this service to anyone who felt they needed it!
