        I met Victoria at VITA for an assessment of long standing hip pain, first impressions were great, the physio room was really spacious and welcoming. The assessment was really thorough, lots of questions which really helped me focus on the issue then it led on to a physical assessment and various movement exercises to further understand my issue. We talked through potential diagnoses and options for a management plan and then Victoria talked me through some exercises. I found the whole experience really engaging and Victoria was great at explaining things in a way that made it easier to understand. Anyone looking for support with a physical issue, I would highly recommend VITA.
