The transaction had some additional legal complexities and he was always available to answer any queries and act as a liaison between us, the buyer and our respective solicitors to help keep things moving forward. I finally completed on my flat sale in December last year after almost 12 months - and two buyers, one fell through. I cant recommend Sean enough, he was efficient, responsive AND negotiated tricky details between myself, both sets of solicitors and the buyers - no mean feat. When my first buyer withdrew, Sean sold the flat again within 2 hours and got me a considerably better price. It has been a stressful time, but Seans cool head and knowledge of the industry kept me feeling supported and confident in him. Thanks Sean! I highly recommend Sean from modern listings. We managed to view a property and collect the keys within 7 weeks. If we had any enquiries he got back to us straight away and enquired for us if we needed him to. I have been happy from start to finish of the whole process which sometimes can be rather stressful but went nice and smoothly. I will be using modern listing in the future if we ever decide to move again. Thanks Sean for being fantastic

Sean was a fantastic estate agent, after just 4 viewings he secured a great buyer for my flat within a week of listing my property and achieved my asking price. Communication was brilliant throughout the whole sale process and although it took slightly longer to complete than anticipated (through absolutely no fault of Seans), my sale completed at the the beginning of November. Selling a property can be a stressful time (especially a leasehold flat) but not with Sean, I highly recommend him for anyone who is looking to sell - especially if you want a seamless & stress free process. Sean was brilliant when we bought our new home. Nothing was too much trouble, we moved from out of the area and needed to re-visit a number of times and Sean was also willing and able to accommodate. Best estate agent I have worked with (sadly I have bought and sold 10 times) the market needs more like Sean.
