We were very fortunate to have had Lewis and Martin recommended to us by our son, an Estate Agent, whose company used Lewis for all their gas & plumbing needs. Weve been using M J Burt Property Maintenance ever since, for many years now, and highly recommend Lewis, Martin and Mark. They are all highly skilled, extremely professional in all they do - and a pleasure to work with, Lewis is extremely patient, and a problem solver. He will always try to find the best, and most competitive, efficient result for all the numerous problems we have thrown at him! As landlords, he has supported us in keeping old boilers and appliances going, and also keeping us safe and legal by servicing and doing our annual Gas safety certificates, When old boilers have finally given up the ghost, Lewis has replaced them at very competitive prices, again finding solutions to all manner of issues encountered in flats. He always goes above and beyond in every job he does. He has fitted us in at short notice, and always ensures that neither we, nor our tenants are inconvenienced, or have to be without heating and hot water. He is polite, personable and has a lovely manner. He doesnt let anything faze him. Hes a great guy who is very experienced, highly skilled, patient and efficient. We cannot recommend Lewis highly enough - and highly recommend him and all the team at M J Burt Property Maintenance.

We've used MJ Burt for several jobs, plumbing and decorating, and have always been very happy with the service provided both at home and in our rental property. Martin and Lewis are polite, take care of our home when they're here, and their work is always completed to an excellent standard. The business is run professionally and they're a pleasure to deal with.
