Edward was an excellent communicator selling the property whilst we were on holiday in Australia. He kept in excellent contact via email and replied within a few hours to any messages or emails throughout the process. We felt completely confident he would sell and take care of viewings whilst we were away. When we received potential offers his advice was sound. During the final process of exchange & completion his help and coordination was excellent. Thanks also to Rob his business partner who was always available if Edward was not in the office. I can't rate Hillier and Wison high enough, we recently had to sell our mums home after she sadly passed away. Rob came to assess and was very genuine, sympathetic and understood how much the bungalow meant to us as a long time family home. We were all in agreement straight away that we wanted to go with him. It wasn't an easy first few months with viewers understandably cautious in the current economic climate but they stuck with it, always keeping in contact and keeping us confident that it would sell. It did and what an easy process they made it. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future and highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

Exceptional service from the whole team at Hilliers Wilson. We had a property for sale for a number of months with no interest; after remarketing with Hillier Wilson they had it sold in a matter of days. The service right through the process has been excellent, with quick responses throughout; especially impressive as we we're out of the country when the property sold. Couldn't be happier with the service, and can't recommend them highly enough.

I highly recommend Hillier Wilson. Rob, Ed and the team have been very helpful throughout the transaction process. The valuation of our property was very fair and reasonable, done in a respectful way and efficient way; selling fees were competative and, most importantly, suitable buyers were found very quickly! I'm really happy with the regular updates and abundant willingness to get involved and help organise the chain to ensure the whole transaction takes place without issues.
