He also really helped with the purchase of our new property and we don't know where we would have been without his help. He made a very fraught experience tolerable. It has been a tricky 6 month process to cross the line with my house purchase, but Kyle has been great. Chasing things up daily when it got critical, and keeping me informed. Appreciated his help through a frustrating few months!

We purchased a property in Canford Heath and Austin & Wyatt were the estate agents representing the sellers. It was a rocky road and Kyle (the estate agent) helped us through it admirably. He went out of his way on more than one occasion to both expedite and smooth the transition more than we could hope for, even to the point of taking the keys to the property for the removal men to gain access while we were stuck in traffic! Really quite exemplary service. If we ever decide to move again (and I certainly hope that isn't for some considerable time...), we will ask him to represent us without hesitation.

I'm giving 5 star rating they sold my 23 years static caravan within two months. Marcus Hofmann was very professional and very confident that it will be sold. The photos Marcus took and the information about the caravan was professional. When Marcus was out I was assisted by Kyle and Ben. You are never left concerned what's happening, they update all the time. I'm very happy to deal with them, hopefully again his year. GOOD SERVICE WELL DONE

I would highly recommend Austin & Wyatt, Canford Heath. Kyle and Jane were efficient, helpful and friendly when I was selling my house. They were very supportive and kept me advised at all stages of the process.
