        Bought a pickle ball bat, slow delivery and when package turned up damaged, bat inside was damaged been trying to phone since it arrived on Thursday left messages now on Monday and still no response .stay away from this company.

I rang up to enquire about a racket, James who answered was very polite, super helpful, patient and took the time to talk through merits of the racket, options of strings and over-grip options to make the racket pop! It was clear that he really knew his stuff...he answered all my questions with a very thorough, easy to understand manner. Going to these guys is a no brainer... hoping to continue buying from yourselves going forward. Thanks again !
